Questions, answered before you land

  • Call or text +1 (340) 227 7903, or email [email protected]. We answer around the clock and confirm your pickup personally. No forms, no waiting on an app.

  • Rates are published and honest. From the airport: Bolongo Bay $125 for 1 to 4 guests, Red Hook $175, and St. John $230, with a small per person charge for larger groups. Luggage rides free.

  • No deposit, ever. Pay before, during, or after your ride with Visa, Mastercard, debit, most major cards, or cash.

  • Yes. Give us 24 hours notice to change or cancel any reservation. Once a ride has begun or the service is complete, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Late arrivals, delayed flights, and early cruise departures are all part of a normal day for us.

  • Yes. We run transfers to the Red Hook ferry and full service to St. John including Cruz Bay. Ferry tickets are not included, and we time every pickup around the ferry schedule.
