About these terms

These terms apply when you use the GrandArrival website or book transportation with us. By using the site or reserving a ride, you agree to these terms. GrandArrival is the brand of GrandArrival LLC, which provides ground transportation in St. Thomas and St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. In these terms, GrandArrival, we, and us refer to GrandArrival LLC.

Our services

We offer private airport transfers from Cyril E. King Airport, island sightseeing tours, and private transportation for restaurants, resorts, beaches, cruise ports, weddings, events, groups, and similar occasions. We can also point you toward third party adventures and excursions as a courtesy.

Reservations

Reservations are made by phone, text, or email, at +1 (340) 227 7903 or [email protected]. A reservation is confirmed once we acknowledge it with you directly. Please give accurate pickup details, timing, passenger counts, and flight information so we can serve you well.

Pricing and payment

Our published rates are shown in good faith and may change, and final pricing is confirmed with you when you book. Airport transfer rates cover the stated number of passengers, and additional passengers are charged at the posted per person rate. Ferry tickets for travel to St. John are not included and are purchased separately. We accept most major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and debit, as well as cash. There is no deposit. You may pay before your ride, during it, or once it is complete. Gratuity is appreciated and is left to your discretion.

Cancellations and changes

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel a booking. Once your ride has begun, or once the service is complete, the booking cannot be cancelled. We understand that travel plans shift, especially with flights and ferries, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tours and group minimums

Island sightseeing tours run about 2.5 hours and are priced per person. The open air safari bus requires a minimum of twelve passengers, and the air conditioned vehicle requires a minimum of six passengers. Routes and stops may be adjusted for weather, road conditions, and safety.

Third party activities

When we help arrange snorkeling, charters, fishing, sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, and similar activities, those are run by independent third party operators. We act only as a referral. We are not responsible for the services, the safety, or the conduct of those operators, and any agreement for those activities is between you and the operator.

Conduct and safety

For everyone's safety, passengers follow the reasonable instructions of the driver and all applicable laws, including seatbelt use. We want your children to ride safely and can discuss child seat needs when you book. We may decline or end service in cases of unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Luggage

We assist with luggage as part of our airport and ferry services. Please tell us about oversized items in advance so we can send the right vehicle.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrandArrival is not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, traffic, flight or ferry schedules, or road conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
