Our story

Muhammad was born and raised in the Virgin Islands, and GrandArrival is built on more than twenty years of family experience on these roads. His father proudly served visitors across St. Thomas for over two decades, and GrandArrival carries that legacy forward with the same professionalism, reliability, and guest care on every ride.

The idea for GrandArrival came from years of working in hospitality on St. Thomas, where one lesson kept repeating: reliable, professional transportation shapes a guest's whole vacation. From the moment you land, the ride sets the tone. So we built a service around personalized attention, comfort, and a warm island welcome from the very first hello.

Licensed, insured, and prepared

GrandArrival operates with the U.S. Virgin Islands transportation licensing and permits required for professional passenger service, and we are fully insured for commercial passenger transportation. We speak English and Arabic. Child safety seats are available on request with advance notice.
